The Arhatic Yoga prep is really transforming my life. I love practicing the blue triangle and white board technique the most.
I loved how Sriram explained and guided the course. He is a really brilliant and funny trainer.

I have learnt many things in this course. When i first took the basic course, it gave me an awakening feeling, self-realization, and i was amazed by everything that we unfortunately were not conscious of. After taking the advanced & psychotherapy courses, a new world has opened up, full of possibilities, and i truly thank my teachers, master choa, and everyone who had/has part in making these courses available for us.
