Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul was a very interesting course. The content was extremely thought provoking, simple and useful. The course was delivered by the wonderful Atma of Shahwana Khanam who was really excellent, clear, considerate knowledgable and fun. I struggle with anger, resentment, and shame. Since taking these courses I am more conscious of my emotions. I send a lot of time healing myself. I am shitting and farting like a normal person.
