It was an amazing course, the most important thing is that with crystal i can do more healing without feeling tired and exhausted. Helped dispel a lot of harmful practices that are being taught in modern yoga schools that maybe potentially harmful. Both trainers were extremely experienced and guided and corrected us masterfully.
