This course is another level. Got a lot of knowledge and understand about souls and learnt the techniques for the soul meditation. Learnt the process of birth and death. Shanu Anand makes sure you leave the class having a full understanding of the course and an experience you will always cherish.

Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul was a very interesting course. The content was extremely thought provoking, simple and useful. The course was delivered by the wonderful Atma of Shahwana Khanam who was really excellent, clear, considerate knowledgable and fun.
