Shanu Anand is an excellent teacher. She explains very well and she makes sure you understand the concept. She uses lots of concrete examples to make you understand how it works.

The course was excellent, and did reveal a lot of techniques that could be used to reduce stress, manage time, and identify talent and skill. I would have really appreciated more time to practice the techniques and identify the Ray's present in myself / key members of my team, to really drive the point home.
