No book... no handouts, no nothing! A book is a must. Most of the time we need to refer to something... but here... there is nothing to refer to.
I don't want to take notes (and am not supposed to). You cannot listen and take notes ;)

From the title of the course I was expecting physical body healing only. But I found out that it included much more. The course was so interesting and rich.
