Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul was a very interesting course. The content was extremely thought provoking, simple and useful. The course was delivered by the wonderful Atma of Shahwana Khanam who was really excellent, clear, considerate knowledgable and fun. It was a wonderful course. I felt really lucky to be able to take this course one more time. My understanding of Arhatic yoga and its practices has expanded. I understand my weaknesses more and how to overcome them. Thank you very much for an extraordinary experience.
