It was an incredible experience for me. The group meditations were very powerful and we did so many physical exercises that I don't even think about the next move anymore and just do it. I arrived at the venue very unhappy and tired. I had received bad news and wasn't sure if I would stay, but I was surrounded by my Arhatic yoga family. Our instructor and all the students helped me and prayed or sent energies for my mothers recovery. A very big thank you to our instructor Amir Khonsari and also all of the group members, friends at the intensive practice for their love and support. I am looking forward to the next intensive practice.

Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul was a very interesting course. The content was extremely thought provoking, simple and useful. The course was delivered by the wonderful Atma of Shahwana Khanam who was really excellent, clear, considerate knowledgable and fun. Kindly Note: I do hope all that was shared personally during the course will remain confidential. Thank you. I will practice to reap the amazing benefits, the connection with my higher-self.
