The course was brilliant, very eye opening. I learnt a lot and so much learning is still going on. I liked the simplicity of the teaching and the examples used which brought clarity to the techniques. Would definitely recommend this.

Atma Namaste! This course was well taught to us by Teacher Sonal Gohil. It helps me to heal others. One most wonderful thing about this course is that when doing the twin heart meditation, we Bless the whole earth unconditionally. That is just awesome and one of the most important human values. It also brings a lot of positiveness within myself. In this course we learn to think of others before we think of ourself. Another good thing is that you can heal yourself and others who are far away. Thank you Master for this wonderful course and understanding. Atma Namaste!
