Muhteşem bir inziva geçirdim. Farklı ülkeler ve şehirlerden gelen arkadaşlarla birlikte olmak ve aynı amaç için birlikte enerjilerimizi paylaşmak harikaydı. Yoğunlaştırılmış Arhatik yoga uygulamalarının belirli periyotlarda yapılmasının çok yararlı olacağını düşünüyorum. Öğretmenimiz sevgili Amir Hosein Khonsari'ye çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bize böyle bir olanak tanıdığı ve bizimle çok değerli bilgilerini paylaştığı için. Sevgilerimle Atma Nameste :)

I liked the course very much and i learned a great deal, there is only one thing that i can not clearly specify, maybe the course needed more interesting materials, it needed more attractive tools, other than normal slide show and the instructor explaining throughout. At some times i felt bored, other times i was listening and learning.
Looking forward to taking level 2
