Being youngest in the group, uncle Prakash was very friendly and kind to me throughout the course. He taught us with extreme detail and was always ready to answer our questions. This course has given me the knowledge and much needed insight to understand deep concepts about life and our journey ahead. It gave me the inner understanding of our purpose on earth.

I am very motivated to do the weight loss protocol on myself. I started from the very next day of finishing the course and am expecting to see some good results. Prakashji was very patient with us and explained all our doubts. we could see results of the face lift during the course itself.
