I approached this course with no judgement or expectation, but the lesson that I learned was not from the course content. I think that the teacher it came up short with his approach to my questions.

The information I received not he first day, opened my eyes to things I had already experience, felt, and learned growing up as a child.
After the first class, I went home, washed my arms with tea tree soap, water, and salt. Opened the book to do my home work.
After that, I took a salt shower. I love salt showers.
