je suis un pratiquant spirituel depuis quelques années déjà et j'ai développé le ressenti intérieur. Ce qui m'a permis tout suite de ressentir les vibrations qui m'ont fait voyagé tout le temps durant le cours. En plus, le premier jour déjà, j'ai pu faire l'expérience de mon Âme supérieure la nuit du samedi au dimanche à travers une expérience onirique où il m'a parlé de mes faiblesses et les énergies sur lesquelles je dois travailler pour évoluer.

The course was more than great. It gave us the basics of pranic healing in a very simple way. I enjoyed the exercises and everything we learned. The thing I liked the most that when I started reading the book I found every single thing we took in the course and in a simple way. Everything in Pranic healing foundation is organized (titles, materials...etc) and this made me feel more comfortable to continue the rest of the levels.

This course has totally changed my thinking about life. It was definitely an eye opener . I had no idea about the healing energy power the body can have. The course also taught a lot about positive thinking and to let go . All the stress and emotions we go through causes blockages and in turn harms our body.
I am so grateful to have achieved this knowledge! Hopefully with practice and more practice when I get confident , I will inshallah help others.
