I am very sad that many sentences and questions I did not understand because of the language
And did not achieve the desired benefit

I loved the arhatic yoga prep course that was held in Bahrain we were a small group of about 20 which allowed us to assimilate the content very well. The translator was excellent and of course he fasciliator Sumi was beyond amazing. I am truly grateful to have been there to receive this.
