Pranic Psychic Self Defense course was great. I learned how to protect myself from all psychic attacks. Now I can easily understand what to do when i am not comfortable at a place or with someone. Methods are so powerful. After Pranic Psychic Self Defense course, I feel much more confident. I really am grateful to the Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.

I had previous knowledge on concepts of balance (give and take), karma (what you give is what you get plus more), meditation, and that the heart chakra is as powerful as the crown chakra.
The course validated my speculation of the existence of 2 major chakras rather than one on the forehead which are the Anji and the third eye. I also learned how to forgive, as well as heal myself and others.

Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul, is beautiful designed course.
It is well laied out for the students to understand the anotomy of the soul, which give the students the undersatnding of who they really are.
