i love sri ram approach to Arhatic yoga, the way he delivers the information is beautifully done, Great course , even though it was a review but i learned alot of new things.

Advanced Pranic was dense with material. I loved it and all it's applications. One thing that would help better assimilate and apply the information is having the knowledge dispensed over 2 weekends. It's very tiring and draining to work FT and then sit in a chair for 8 hours for the entire weekend. It marred my ability to concentrate and fatigued quite easily mentally and physically. It bothered me because I so badly wanted to grasp the information and start applying.
