I felt very comfortable and heard during the course. The instructor took the time to explain. And several times asked if there’s any questions. It was nice to be able to share own experiences and thoughts. There was no judgement and everyone seemed to be taking in the information
Arhatic Yoga Prep-Intensive Practice

It was an incredible experience for me. The group meditations were very powerful and we did so many physical exercises that I don't even think about the next move anymore and just do it. I arrived at the venue very unhappy and tired. I had received bad news and wasn't sure if I would stay, but I was surrounded by my Arhatic yoga family. Our instructor and all the students helped me and prayed or sent energies for my mothers recovery. A very big thank you to our instructor Amir Khonsari and also all of the group members, friends at the intensive practice for their love and support. I am looking forward to the next intensive practice.
