No book... no handouts, no nothing! A book is a must. Most of the time we need to refer to something... but here... there is nothing to refer to.
I don't want to take notes (and am not supposed to). You cannot listen and take notes ;)

The instructor (Master Danny) explained the material in a beautiful and attractive way. He almost managed to capture our attention throughout the session. Moreover, he was very humble, answered and addressed all our queries. His method in explaining the techniques stimulated our thinking process and made the session very interactive and dynamic. Highly experienced and knowledgeable even if the questions were not related to the course contents. Finally and most important thing to highlight that he shared his own experience in Arhatic Yoga practice in order all the AY practitioners benefit from it. Very organised. Well done!

As soon as I entered the course premises I felt very much welcomed and at home. Umesh is a very gifted instructor. I profited immensely from this course and they way Umesh handled each subject.
All the participants were very helpful and kind with a broad understanding and kindness. Surely, this is the work of a dedicated instructor like Umesh. Should I get another opportunity to attend another course under Umesh I will gladly and happily join.
Thank you again, Umesh, for a wonderful day in Fujairah!!
