The course has generally increased my awareness and consciousness on colors and how they affect our health. It also enable me to see how do pranic healing more effectively. I have since been applying the knowledge acquired in self healing and also healing of some friends and family.

As soon as I entered the course premises I felt very much welcomed and at home. Umesh is a very gifted instructor. I profited immensely from this course and they way Umesh handled each subject.
All the participants were very helpful and kind with a broad understanding and kindness. Surely, this is the work of a dedicated instructor like Umesh. Should I get another opportunity to attend another course under Umesh I will gladly and happily join.
