The topics of the course were well organized. Everything in the book was mentioned in the class. The book is very easy to read and has simple instructions.

I have attended 3 physical retreats and I can say that the energy was almost the same. the only differences were that I wasn't able to meet people in person and there weren't the shoppings and of course the dancings on stage :)
