I came away with some definite insights to apply in my personal life.
Regarding the timings I would wish we could possibly shorten the meal breaks and focus on the start and end times of the course as advertised.

After this course i found myself different,i could see the idle of myself inside , the one i love to be and the way to achieve.it was extremely joyful and hopefull.having knowledge is something and find the way practically beside feel it full heart is something else. I found even more than I expected.
