I was sad with the enviroment problrm in these days.
But I felt in the course that the earth is still powerful and has energy. It's forever as much as we pray.
The God and the earth give us power whenever we need.
I could have positive mind after the course.
I'll do practice to cure around me and the earth.

Instructor didn't provide this course the required time; to explain more, demonstrate as required and do some practices for students one to one.
The class was very crowded, around 25 students, and the room very small, and very cold, no central heating.
I didn't lean anything new, it was a waste of time and money.
I am looking to do refresh for this course later with a professional instructor.

I am very happy I took the Arhatic Yoga prep with Sriram Rajagopal. It gave me a clearer picture on what all-round practice I should follow and I enjoyed fully the way the material was relayed and presented. I met some amazing people too.
