The course discusses how to use crystals for healing and how to cleanse and energize them. But I expected to learn more about different types of crystals and the uses and specifications of each.

Arhatic Yoga Prep-Intensive Practice

It was an incredible experience for me. The group meditations were very powerful and we did so many physical exercises that I don't even think about the next move anymore and just do it. I arrived at the venue very unhappy and tired. I had received bad news and wasn't sure if I would stay, but I was surrounded by my Arhatic yoga family. Our instructor and all the students helped me and prayed or sent energies for my mothers recovery. A very big thank you to our instructor Amir Khonsari and also all of the group members, friends at the intensive practice for their love and support. I am looking forward to the next intensive practice.
