The course was more than great. It gave us the basics of pranic healing in a very simple way. I enjoyed the exercises and everything we learned. The thing I liked the most that when I started reading the book I found every single thing we took in the course and in a simple way. Everything in Pranic healing foundation is organized (titles, materials...etc) and this made me feel more comfortable to continue the rest of the levels.

As soon as I entered the course premises I felt very much welcomed and at home. Umesh is a very gifted instructor. I profited immensely from this course and they way Umesh handled each subject.
All the participants were very helpful and kind with a broad understanding and kindness. Surely, this is the work of a dedicated instructor like Umesh. Should I get another opportunity to attend another course under Umesh I will gladly and happily join.

it is a wonderful work shop especially when doing the twin heart meditation with group of people it gave me more energy which I lacked in my body
