I loved the arhatic yoga prep course that was held in Bahrain we were a small group of about 20 which allowed us to assimilate the content very well. The translator was excellent and of course he fasciliator Sumi was beyond amazing. I am truly grateful to have been there to receive this. Thank you all thank you especially to the Bahrain team for making this happen. Thank you MCKS for spreading this knowledge.

This course was fantastic! Sooo interesting! Reghu had me spellbound with the knowledge he obvioisly delighted in sharing with us. There was so much information to assimilate but the way in which it was shared made so much sense through Reghu's skill in presenting the theoretical concepts and allowing us to put them into practice in pair work.

During the 3 days of our intensive practices, We had the chance to practice all the different meditations and purifications that have been taught in Arhartic yoga class as well as Watching recorded videos from Our beloved teacher Master Choa Kuk Sui.
