Advanced Pranic was dense with material. I loved it and all it's applications. One thing that would help better assimilate and apply the information is having the knowledge dispensed over 2 weekends. It's very tiring and draining to work FT and then sit in a chair for 8 hours for the entire weekend. It marred my ability to concentrate and fatigued quite easily mentally and physically. It bothered me because I so badly wanted to grasp the information and start applying.

It helps me a lot specially in daily life pain and illnesses for me and my relatives. Spiritual growth is also another remarkable thing that I am currently sensing along with calmness and spirituality caused by twin hearts meditation that I do on a daily basis. Thank you cery much.
