The way the course was taught by the teachers was extremely efficient and easy to understand. I thoroughly enjoyed it because of the patience of the teachers who took the time out to answer all of my questions. I will be attending more courses with these teachers!

The course was exceptionally well-structured, complemented by a comprehensive book and excellent supporting materials. The facilities were top-notch, with super clean washrooms that added to the overall comfort. The food served was healthy and thoughtfully prepared, further enhancing the experience. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making the learning process both engaging and insightful. I have gained tremendous value over these three days and am excited to incorporate the practices into my daily life
