I realised the deeper meaning of the teachings.Although I said the soul affirmation but got a deeper meaning in the class.One needs to purify and practice the teachings in order to see the results. it is a wonderful work shop especially when doing the twin heart meditation with group of people it gave me more energy which I lacked in my body
