The Arhatic Yoga prep is really transforming my life. I love practicing the blue triangle and white board technique the most.
I loved how Sriram explained and guided the course. He is a really brilliant and funny trainer.

The courses gives the pathway for the growth personally and spiritually. It gives an insight of the reasons for the instability and non - clarity. The courses give the guidelines to grow physically, emotionally and spiritually.
