Both Rekha and Reghu are exceptional teachers. I benefit from them greatly in every course I take with them.

It is a great course. Super effective. Helps enhance the healing.

It however was a little challenging as there was a lot of information that was given in a short period of time.
The book however helps a lot, and the most helpful way of better understanding the subject is to apply it.
