I have to admit my Kundalini meditations can be more regular. But I love this video and I have watched it a couple of times. For me this video, the explanation, but especially the guidance of Master Danny through the practise helps me a lot. I am thinking of renewing the video in some time again.

I tried the techniques taught in the video on single and dual cultivation. Found the teachings very helpful. I read about these teachings earlier by different authors, but didn't understand fully.
