The intensive practice was very informative. As it is said, practice makes perfect. When you practice you understand more about what you do and why you are doing it. Practicing with a group, helped me experience my inner world more. I was going through a tough time when I came to this intensive practice. It helped me to unwind, understand the life lessons I need to gain from this troubled time, forgive and let go. I came back to work a new person, full of new ideas and a new sense of hope. Thank you for a wonderful, life changing experience!
