The instructor (Master Danny) explained the material in a beautiful and attractive way. He almost managed to capture our attention throughout the session. Moreover, he was very humble, answered and addressed all our queries. His method in explaining the techniques stimulated our thinking process and made the session very interactive and dynamic. Highly experienced and knowledgeable even if the questions were not related to the course contents. Finally and most important thing to highlight that he shared his own experience in Arhatic Yoga practice in order all the AY practitioners benefit from it. Very organised. Well done!

After doing basic, advance and psychotherapy course, I felt this course was taking me on an advance spiritual journey, here I forget about my body ailments and focused on my higher self. It further emphasised on character building. In that respect we go back to basics. I loved every minute of the course.
