DESCRIPTION

It has eight petals and contains predominantly yellow, green, blue, red, and violet pranas. It also contains a little of orange prana .

SPIRITUAL FUNCTIONS

The navel chakra produces “synthetic golden chi,” which facilitates or helps in the circulation of prana within the meridians. Synthetic golden chi facilitates the drawing in of prana by the etheric body. persons with more synthetic chi can draw in more prana.

The word “chi” is used quite loosely to mean subtle energies. Chi is sometimes used to mean air prana, ground prana, red prana and other types of prana. It is also used to mean a type of “biosynthetic chi” produced by the navel chakra. This biosynthetic chi is quite different from prana or life energy. It affects one's ability to draw in, distribute, and assimilate prana. During bad weather conditions, the quantity of air prana is quite scarce. Persons with lesser biosynthetic chi have greater difficulty drawing in air prana; therefore, compared to the average person, they tend to feel more tired or low.

The body gets nutrients by drinking and eating and, in the process, produces hormones through the endocrine glands. Food, water and juices correspond to different types of pranic energies, which are absorbed by the energy body. Golden chi energy is necessary for the rapid evolution of the physical body. The navel chakra helps the ajna chakra regulate the lower major and minor chakras and their corresponding organs. The lower chakras are the meng mein chakra, sex chakra, basic chakra and the lower minor chakras.

The navel and the solar plexus chakras control the digestive, assimilative and eliminative system; therefore, they affect the degree of healthiness of the skin.

SOME CONDITIONS AS A RESULT OF A MALFUNCTIONING NAVEL CHAKRA

Malfunctioning of the navel chakra may manifest as constipation, loose bowel movement, inability to assimilate food nutrients, appendicitis, intestinal ailments, difficulty in giving birth, low vitality, and other diseases related to the intestines.

In acute appendicitis, the solar plexus chakra and the navel chakra are both affected. The appendix is dirty red and dirty green. TAOIST AND INDIAN CORRESPONDENCE OF THE NAVEL CHAKRA

In Taoist yoga the navel chakra corresponds to shen que, which means “divine vault.” The correspondence of the navel chakra in Tamil (Southern India) is Aama kaalam.

In Kabbalah it is called Tiphareth. The divine name of Tiphareth is Aloah va Daath.
